Privacy Policy

Birth data: the birth date, birth time (if you know it), birthplace and, where asked, gender that you enter. This is the input for your reading.

Email address: entered at checkout for a paid reading. Used to send your receipt and the access link to your reading, and to resend the link if you ask.

Payment data: payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. We receive a transaction ID, the amount, the payment status and the email you used. We never receive or store your full card number.

Reviews: the nickname, rating, review text and language you submit.

Technical data: IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention), browser type, and basic usage events such as page views and button clicks, which help us improve the Service.

Browser storage: your language preference and a temporary copy of your reading are kept in your own browser so the page loads faster. They are not sent to third parties.

To calculate your Four Pillars chart and generate your reading; to deliver paid readings and let you reopen them later; to process payments and handle refunds; to publish reviews you choose to submit; to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; and to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your birth data for advertising.

To write your reading, your birth data and the calculated chart are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic). The provider processes this data only to return the reading to us, under its commercial API terms, and does not use it to train its models.

We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting, file storage and server logs), Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe and PayPal (payment), and Resend (transactional email).

Some of these providers operate servers outside Korea, including in the United States. By using the Service you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in those locations under the safeguards those providers offer.

Paid readings are stored so that you can reopen them from your access link. You can ask us to delete a reading at any time by email, and we will remove it unless we must keep a record by law.

Payment records are kept for the period required by Korean e-commerce and tax law (currently five years). Reviews are kept until you ask us to remove them. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, by emailing zinowithai@gmail.com. We will respond within 10 business days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. We use browser storage only for your language preference and to cache your own reading, and our payment providers may set cookies that are necessary to complete a payment securely.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. Access links to readings use long random tokens. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your access link private.

We may update this Policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
