Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-10

Paid readings are digital content that is generated and delivered immediately after payment. This page explains when we refund and how to ask.

1. When we give a full refund

Your reading could not be generated because of a failure on our side, and the retry offered on the page also failed.

You were charged more than once for the same reading.

You paid but never received access to the reading and we could not restore it.

In these cases we refund the full amount to the original payment method as soon as we confirm the issue.

2. After the reading has been delivered

Because a reading is personalised digital content that is delivered in full immediately, it cannot be returned, and in general it is not refundable once it has been generated. You are informed of this on the checkout page before you pay, in line with Article 17 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

We still read every request. If you contact us within 7 days of purchase and explain what went wrong, we will review your case individually and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

3. Wrong birth data

Please check your birth date, time and place before paying. If you entered the wrong data, contact us within 7 days and we will regenerate the reading with corrected data at no charge instead of a refund, where this is technically possible.

4. Coupons and free readings

Free readings and readings unlocked with a coupon have no cash value and are not refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email zinowithai@gmail.com with: the email address you used at checkout, the purchase date, the payment method (Stripe or PayPal), the transaction or order ID if you have it, and a short description of the problem.

We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or PayPal, the money can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
