Terms of Service

SajuAI generates Korean Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) readings from the birth date, time and place you enter. Readings are produced with the help of artificial intelligence and are written for self-reflection and entertainment.

The Service is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in a reading is medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship advice, and you should not make important decisions based solely on a reading.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid reading. If you are younger, you may use the free snapshot only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may only enter birth data that belongs to you, or to a person who has given you permission to use it.

A free snapshot is available without an account or payment. Paid readings (for example the Full Destiny Reading, Annual Fortune, Monthly Fortune and Compatibility Reading) are one-time purchases. The price is shown in US dollars on the checkout page before you pay. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive or store your card number.

A paid reading is digital content. It is generated and made available to you immediately after payment. We also send an access link to the email address you provide at checkout. Please keep that link; it is the way to reopen your reading later.

Because the reading is delivered immediately, your right to cancel after delivery is limited. See our Refund Policy for the cases in which we do refund.

Coupon codes are provided at our discretion, have no cash value, may be limited in number or time, and may be withdrawn if misused.

You agree not to: interfere with or overload the Service; scrape, copy or resell readings or site content; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; submit false, abusive or unlawful content, including in reviews; or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

If you submit a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the Service, together with your nickname and rating. Reviews are checked for personal information and spam before publication, and we may decline to publish or may remove a review at any time.

The Service, including its design, text, software and the method used to structure readings, is owned by us or our licensors. You may use the reading generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Readings are generated by an AI model based on traditional Saju principles. They may contain inaccuracies, generalisations or interpretations you disagree with. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any reading.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. If a paid reading cannot be generated because of a failure on our side, you are entitled to a refund as described in the Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on a reading. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a paid reading is limited to the amount you paid for that reading.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection law in the country where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
